On November 12th, we hosted our inaugural ‘Above and Beyond’ lunch, at the Crowne Plaza in Stratford Upon Avon.
The event celebrated employees who have gone the extra mile in delivering exceptional service and embodying the company's values—smarter, caring, together, simplifying, and empowering. Above and Beyond awards acknowledge outstanding contributions across the organisation and celebrate first-class customer service, teamwork, leadership, and innovation.
It was great to recognise employees who demonstrated dedication above and beyond their usual roles, often making a significant impact on customers and fellow team members. The awards were also an opportunity to inspire others within the company by sharing stories of resilience, dedication, and excellence.
