Cary Group has announced it will acquire Masterglass Windscreens Limited, which trades as Autoglazing, on 1st April 2025.
Cary UK, who trade as National Windscreens in the UK, describe the acquisition of this Cambridge-based automotive glass specialist as a strategic move to strengthen its presence in a high-demand region. Autoglazing will now extend National Windscreens capacity to serve customers efficiently throughout East Anglia.
Stuart Boon, managing director of Cary UK, confirms: “Autoglazing is a well-established provider of automotive vehicle glass, repair, replacement and ADAS calibration services in East Anglia. By integrating Autoglazing into our network, we enhance our ability to meet increasing demand, particularly in the insurance and fleet sector, where our organic growth has already positioned us as a trusted provider.
“Customers in East Anglia will continue to experience the high standards of service to which they are accustomed, with the added expertise and support of the wider National Windscreens network,” added Stuart.

Andrew Hodge, the entrepreneur responsible for growing Autoglazing over the last 30 years, will join National Windscreens as national fleet account director. Andy brings a wealth of experience to National Windscreens, including 17 years in sales and commercial roles in this sector.

Karl Locke will become managing director of Autoglazing. Karl has held operational and leadership roles at Autoglazing for the past 23 years and will now lead the integration of Autoglazing into National Windscreens network.
