We regularly ask customers that use all of our 108 fitting centres for feedback on the service they have received. As well as providing our NPS score (currently 88.1), this feedback is monitored to ensure our customers continue to value the service we offer and responses are analysed to identify any areas where improvements might be made.
We would like to congratulate our Barnstaple fitting centre for scoring a straight 100% positive feedback in all of the customer questionnaires issued throughout 2014.
Regional Operations Manager, Steve Perring, recently visited Barnstaple with Area Sales Executive Mark MacKenzie, to present the team with a certificate in recognition of this achievement.
Steve says, “Our thanks go to Andy Parker, who has successfully managed the Barnstaple centre for a number of years, and his team for the exceptional service they offer to our customers in Barnstaple.
“A score of 100% for customer satisfaction is an exceptional achievement and we are very grateful for the continued effort Andy and his team put in day in, day out. Keep up the good work Barnstaple!”
