National Windscreens continues to expand across the UK, recently opening two new branches in Canterbury and Lincoln.
The new branches provide our teams with a great workspace, including larger workshop areas, enabling us to offer customers greater availability to meet increased ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) demands.
Recognising the busy lives of our customers, waiting areas have been designed to provide a welcoming area. Thoughtfully designed, these spaces feature dedicated workstations, enabling customers to stay connected and productive while their vehicles are serviced.
This enhancement underscores our commitment to delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer journey. Providing efficient, customer-centric service is a key priority. By working at pace and minimising disruption to the customer's schedule, National Windscreens aims to deliver a seamless experience that caters to the modern consumer's needs.
We actively engage with customer feedback, and many features of our new sites were directly informed by the input we've received.
