National Windscreens held regional awards earlier this month to celebrate the efforts made by the team over the last year.
Our first award was Most Articulate Team Member, and this was awarded to John Tyler.
Following the new regulations surrounding advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) training set out in Thatcham’s industry insurance requirements (IIR), John received the award for his dedication to the NVQ training processes, and for his efforts to ensure all branches across the east of England had qualified ADAS technicians. John also chips in by helping at our centres, fitting, replacing, and repairing when required.
Regional Branch of the Year went to Nottingham – here’s Daryl Simpson and Matthew Meades who accepted the award on behalf of the brilliant team of technicians and staff.
The next award was to the region’s Department of the Year, and this was awarded to the regional accounts team, headed up by Claire Crew
Finally, our award for regional Employees of the Year went to Mollie Payne, health and safety manager, and Paul Henshaw, quality and safety manager, for their guidance and support throughout the pandemic period.
Well done to all our award recipients!
