Earlier this year, National Windscreens conducted a thorough supplier assessment to identify the most suitable partner to support our future remote diagnostic needs. We met with and evaluated a range of providers, before ultimately selecting Core Diagnostics as our partner of choice.
Core Diagnostics will provide Cary UK locations with remote diagnostic support, enabling us to perform ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) calibrations on vehicles that previously were outside of our capabilities.
The company has a highly skilled and knowledgeable team of technicians with expertise in ADAS calibrations and overall, their capabilities align perfectly with our requirements and vision.Importantly, Core Diagnostics will only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) diagnostic equipment when servicing our customers' vehicles. This means we can now conduct OEM-standard calibrations at our branches, rather than referring customers to a third party.
This will allow us to further enhance the customer experience by minimising disruption and creating a faster turnaround time.
To further strengthen our partnership, our Trainer Assessors recently spent a day with the Core Diagnostics team, participating in refresher training on ADAS calibration and gaining valuable insight into their over-the-air (OTA) calibration process.
