National Windscreens is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted in the Service Provider of the Year category in the Modern Claims Awards 2015.
Organised by Modern Claims Magazine, the awards aim to celebrate ‘cross-industry talent and success’ across nineteen different categories. Entrants in the Service Provider category were asked to demonstrate their ability to deliver high standards of service and support to clients in a number of key areas.
‘Perfect Fit’ from National Windscreens is a dedicated service for insurers and brokers designed to build policy holder trust and to control costs.
Pete Marsden, National Windscreens Managing Director, says, “Our ‘Perfect Fit’ service for insurers has resulted in formal direct billing arrangements with over 70 leading insurance providers and we maintain sole supplier status with many of these.”
A series of successful strategies, including National Windscreens commitment to retaining its UK wide fitting centre network, have resulted in industry leading ‘time to serve’ and customer satisfaction (NPS) scores – key factors in a number of high-profile contract wins.
Pete continues “Our insurance team will be attending and exhibiting at a number of industry events throughout the year, including BIBA 2015 in May. The fact that our service has been recognised with a place on the Modern Claims Awards shortlist is a great start to 2015.”
National Windscreens will join a number of well-known names, including customers Ageas and LV=, at the awards ceremony taking place on 30th April at The Royal Armouries in Leeds.
