National Windscreens has taken part in a roundtable event with Insurance Post which explored liability around ADAS and the costs for insurers, repairers, and motorists in ensuring that this technology remains safe.
The discussion found that the emergence of advanced driver assistance systems including lane assistance, automated emergency braking, parking aids and even night vision mean improved safety for drivers but only if the systems can be maintained correctly.
