National Windscreens is pleased to announce that it has retained preferred supplier status with ARI Fleet UK, part of the world’s largest privately held family-owned fleet management company.
ARI Fleet UK has renewed its contract for a further four years on the strength of the service it has received from the UK’s largest independently owned windscreen repair and replacement company.
Matt Cranny, operations director at ARI, (pictured) said: “With our focus on LCVs, HGVs and management of uptime, we needed a partner that could support this strategy and deliver the service our customers deserve.
“In addition, our business synergies meant we could continue to control glass spend for our customers and maintain service levels. National Windscreens understood the importance of this focus, which is why we chose to extend our relationship for a further four years."
Martyn Bennett, regional director at National Windscreens, says: “Our ability to offer the highest quality service is particularly valued by ARI as it is at the heart of their offering.
“National Windscreens’ commitment to completing every job right first time is underlined by our on going investment in technology, in our 108 fitting centres and in our skilled workforce.
“With the rapid growth of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), we are able to offer ARI drivers a one-stop service for windscreen replacement and camera recalibration, a service further enhanced by our unique ‘Partscheck’ software which not only accurately identifies the correct windscreen part but also identifies if it has an ADAS camera fitted,” he added.
